I have yet to meet a more genuine, kinder person than Freeman, who was SO helpful, even carried the items downstairs for me, and put them into my car... items were packed with care and careful consideration, and they were patient in waiting for my elderly mother to get her payment made and, for me to head up and pick them up. He also was genuine in remembering his communication with her which delighted her immensely. Mom loves Lalique and I am certain she will return for more items!:)

Great coin, but it took forever to get. I had to try and contact them repeatedly, for two weeks because they thought I hadn't paid for my item. I paid immediately when they asked, and they kept telling me that my payment had not processed. I contacted my bank to see if there was a charge and sure enough, I had paid, but the auction house had it under the wrong name. So my package sat there for weeks. I actually had to send them a copy of my bank statement showing proof that they charged me in order to get it all resolved. I got no money off for the inconvenience, will not bid with them again.

My first coin purchase from this company went very well. The condition of the coin was exactly as represented and the shipping was prompt and secure. I would certainly do business with this company again.
