they gave my item to a shipper but dont know who so they gave me a list of 30 so I could call. Purchased Nov 1 now Nov23 no idea.

Was not interested as a reproduction or even contemporary kind of surprise because it’s auction house usually has pretty nice stuff high-end. I’m shocked to take something like that out there without a proper label or description.

Once payment is made, they don’t act to help you get shipping. I’ve called 3x and still have not received my item weeks later.

You pay your money and you take your chances. Anything with an Electro/Mechanical fustian must be tested before you purchase or assume it does not work properly. Item looked pretty but did not work and was missing parts.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Questions were answered properly. There was a small issue when I called to arrange shipping, but it was taken care of.

After nearly 50 years, they've pretty much got it nailed. If you want unique architectural or collectable pieces and you're not shopping at Red Baron, you're missing out.

Auction house performed shilling, unfair auction. Raised the bid to observe my highest absentee bid, then came back exactly to my bid. No one bidding against me. LiveAuctioneers may check the bidding records, they play the bids. Fountain have so many loses, leaks, heavy corrosions. Pictures was taken years ago. Whatever, i need to pay.

linda has been most helpful in a dire situation. im waiting to see if my issue has a happy ending but she is a caring, helpful asset to your auction. she made me feel that the auction really cared about the outcome and has gone the extra mile. regards, elizabeth
