They charge, me the (all) customer, 3 percent from the credit card company, tacked on the bill. Not clear enough. They should take more responsibility for the descriptions. Item, were dismantle or “fragile” when I picked them up, had to glue them back together, looked fine in photos. I understand “As Is”, should be a little clearer.

The auction was Novemeber 27th. I won two items (both coffee grinders). After auction I tried calling for an invoice and shipping but no answer so I left a message. No return calls. Frustrating. THis went on for over two weeks and I finally had Liveauctioneers intervene. It prompted telephone contact with Finney's on December 11th which at the time they took my Visa card info. They said they would pack and ship via USPS. To date at this writing I have had ZERO communication about my items. I don't know if they've been shipped and don't know where they are and most of all... No communication with Finney's. I hope somebody will read this and intervene and give me a status update. Soon it will be Christmas. Please call me if you know anything about my bid and items. Don **********

Phone was busy for a week while trying to pay. I think I asked a question with no response well before auction started. Did not disclose damage. Shipping was great and fast. For the amount I paid, I got a great deal and am happy. But this could of been represented and followed through better. I felt like it was a grab bag the whole time and expected about what I got.

Pack items shipped better.

I purchased a lot from Finney's. called the next day and paid using Visa. They said my lot would be shipped the next day and my Visa would be charged the shipping cost. A week later they credited my Visa back the lot charges and never sent my items. They will not return phone calls or emails.. extremely unprofessional.. I would never recommend their services.

the auction was good very nice but when it come time to pay they take to long for the invoice know one let you know what going on what they say is you will reciece an e mail some time some of your auction collect for mailing some just say call some body else very much a pain even with been said i do like the on line auction

The people were great. They took care of my shipping and sent with carrier I preferred. Great buying experience!

Finney's is a wonderful auction house to do business with. In cleaning out my moms apt we found ourselves at a loss as to what to do with all her things/Sharon Finney was our answer. She and her crew came in packed up and got things off to the auction. So I have first hand experience on both ends/the selling and buying. Wonderful people and great service *****

Tv very poorly packed. Many broken tubes. Sent email and have not heard from them. Might stop visa payment.

Rachel Davis has best shipping policy of any auction house i've dealt with-very honest and precise communication-i've always been amazed with my auction experience with Rachel Davis. far and away the best of the the best.

I generally do not want to deal with houses that either over charge for shipping or make it difficult by naming some shippers but then stepping aside. I will continue to use houses like yours with good shipping available.

Did not need to ship.

I'm sure the minimum shipping charge was buried in the fine print. Even still, I think $30 for shipping is a bit much. I expect to cover shipping costs, not generate extra fees for the auction house. It's a minor thing, but enough to give pause the next time I am not bidding locally.

Picture shows a toy with all its wheels intact. toy arrived missing two wheels on the side not shown in the picture. Nothing in the description about missing wheels. I am very disappointed.

The item was ruined in shipping. I have now left three voicemails trying to get my money refunded and asking what to do with the damaged item. No response. Awful service in addition to awful packaging that ruined a nice piece of art. Awful!

Very Professional, quick and efficient.

They charged me a few dollars more than agreed. Probably figure I wouldn't check. They sent my photos in a box that was too small so they bent. I won't ever buy from them again.
