One of my favorite auction houses........... never disappoint

Sent a message prior to bidding to confirm that the description was accurate and that the coin as a 1928 "P" and not 1928 "S". I received a dismissive response that "The title doesn't say any mint mark, and I'm not finding it" instead of a firm yes or no. Then I receive a coin that is a 1923, not a 1928. That's an understandable mistake for a novice, but not for an auction house. When I ask for a refund the response was "It looks like 1928 to me" and goes on further to say there weren't any lower priced 1923 peace dollars on LiveAuctioneers, both untrue. I did get a refund, but not for shipping. In any event, be careful what you're bidding on.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of ownership from this auction house. I notated an address for this order that a dress was to be shipped to in my order. Instead, the order was shipped to the address she has assigned to my account. If a customer has taken the time to enter a shipping and billing address which and if so address varies, then you should ship to that address. Instead of offering me a refund for their clear mistake, she recommended I go to the other address which was not possible hence why I entered the valid address the order was to be shipped to. I paid a great deal for the dress and never received it nor a refund. Beyond disappointing.

I was high bidder on an item at Denise Ryan's online auction on September 29th. I was very satisfied with the preview and bidding process but unhappy with the shipping. The biggest problem was the way my item was packed. I bid on a Hermes product that was in its original gift box. Unfortunately, someone put packing tape on the box before shipping, which was unnecessary because the gift box was shipped in a bigger box surrounded by crushed paper. I now have to try to remove the tape without harming the box's finish. The gift box added to the item's value and was a factor in how high I bid. In addition, it took nearly a month for the package to arrive, and I never received a shipping cost estimate.

All items were packed carefully and arrived quickly. Questions are answered immediately-overall fabulous experience.
