I auctioned a product in Artemission auction house. After receiving it, I found several cracks, which were not shown in the pictures of the auction house. I think this is a kind of dishonest behavior, after contacting the other party, the other party does not recognize the crack, do not deal with. Very obvious crack, unfortunately the comments section can not upload pictures.

Wow, just a great experience. I saw the pendant last minute and went for it without thinking much about international shipping. It was such a breeze and I had my package within a week or less. I'll be a returning customer for sure.

These people were wonderful, my contact was with Patricia. My purchase got held up in San Francisco customs office (I have since found out that they are notorious for taking ages to clear packages) and Patricia emailed me and was in regular contact the entire time I waited for the package. When it arrived-the pieces were amazing. I highly recommend this auction house!

Additional information concerning the provenance of items offered for sale would be good, or, when none exist, it should be affirmitively indicate to potential buyers. In addition, when possible, they could provide certificates of authenticity, or, when none exist, this could also be indicated to potential buyers. Overall, the on-line auction was a very efficience process.
