Never placed a bid requested them to cancel. Never heard back.

I won couple of items and paid the invoice on time. After waiting for over 10 days I tried to contact them but no response. Couple of days later I contacted them with a phone call and the person picked up said there was a issue with the items and it will not be delivered. The guy also said someone is working on issuing me a refund but I still have not received anything. I will probably have to call my bank to deal with this issue. I won't bid through them again. Not a good way to do business.

I come back to Us Jewelry for a lot of jewelry. Always easy and pleasant to deal with and their items are great. Any issues and they're very flexible and responsive. Thanks again.

USPS does not follow rules and packages were left in an outside mailbox rather than brought into the building to be handed to an individual. Hard to believe but true. Wish there was a shipping option as I would gladly pay for UPS or FedEx over US Postal Service.

I received the ring and one of the tiny diamonds was missing. I sent it back to them and awaiting for its arrival

I won this lot on Aug. 15th, but now is already Sep. 5th, I still have not received my won items! Don’t know what’s going on there!

I purchased a ring and when received the entire stone was cracked in half. I wouldn't buy anything from this place. It's a scam. Their appraiser just marks everything as top quality.

Not much to say except that the ring turned out better than advertised and the price point was more than fair. Not easy finding something of this caliber for such a great price. Give them a go.
