The pick up was made easy and they were nice

Nice person who replies to the emails.

I received the invoice to pick up item and they moved to another part of NY. I have to take two taxis to pick up item. Ridiculous.

One of the multi piece lots had a necklace removed from it and separated into another auction (I happened to buy the individual lot as well.) the piece is clearly photographed in the multi item lot. Brought this up to Hutter after receiving the lots I purchased and they have ignored my messages. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Magnificent bargains and the staff are always most helpful. Anxious to know there next site.

I won an antique lamp base for $24.00 and was going to be charged between $80-$90 to have it shipped from New York to Ohio. They said the "everything in New York City is expensive". I don't believe that.

I love the street-side pick up which is great in NYC

I wish they would have given me a little longer to arrange transport, but I understand they need to move stuff out quickly after it sells.

But, I still waiting for any info about shipping company were can order a shipping my item. Sincerely Grzegorz

The shipping I am NOT satisfied with-but has NOTHING to do with the Auction house; rather the UPS store which lied to me twice on the phone. I have been collecting Audubon prints for 20 years, and have shipped many times from NYC. Would love the opportunity to buy from Hutter Auctions NYC again.

About the only suggestion that I would make is that auction galleries like Hutter should consider listing the measurements of all the items that they list on LiveAuctioneer. Hence, the reason for the Slightly Agree answer in the first question in this survey. Overall I was very happy with my purchase as well as my dealing with Hutter Auction Gallery. I picked the item (two rather large vases) up from their gallery in Manhattan so did not have to deal with having my purchase shipped-hence the neutral rating on the shipping question in this survey. The individual that assisted me & my wife when we picked up the items was extremely helpful and even had a gallery employee help us get the two vases down stairs and into my car-which was very kind of them. I would certainly purchase from Hutter Auction again.

Pleasant people. I picked up the artwork so there was no experience with the shipping process, but they wrapped it satisfactorily.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The shipping is to slow. I have not received my pens yet. Until I receive my pens I can not say how satisfied I am. Jim

Auction description wasn't complete as to age of item, thus I overpaid so not very happy about the purchase overall.
