The auction house was fine and they were very good about taking my payment and transferring the merchandise to the UPS store,

I had made a dry run at another auction so that I knew how to bid.... But this was my first time seriously bidding. Item pictures were spot on and Tom Hall Auctions made shipping very easy. Overall great experience from bidding, easy of payment, shipping to the best part receiving my items!

Shipping on the High side, us someone other than UPS

I was able to have my painting sent through UPS. I was able to sign my name when the package arrived, which was important, because I live in a condo complex, and packages have been stolen, daily. I was also able to track it and it was well packed and arrived on time

It would be wonderful to be able to pay for won lots online, as opposed to having to call in, try to reach a person, and read my credit card number over the phone. If Tom Hall let me pay via LiveAuctioneers like other houses I purchase from, they'd get perfect 5 stars across the board!

I didn't have the opportunity to attend the last auction, but it looked like my type of a diverse group of sales items. They were very accommodating when a mistaken bid was made and they listened and made a wise and understanding decision on the matter. I hope to be invited to their next auction!

The auction house was great. But the 3rd party shippers knowingly gouge the buyers. The shipping quote that I got from the local UPS store was 3 times what the price should ‚ Ä ô ve been soooo even though I paid for my item I won ‚ Ä ô t be having it shipped a $60 light fixture that is 18 ‚ Ä ù tall and 11 ‚ Ä ù wide and weighs 5lbs does NOT cost $300 to ship. The Auction company seems fair and honest but if you can ‚ Ä ô t get a fair shipping price then there ‚ Ä ô s no reason to be a repeat customer.

Experience with Tom Hall Auction: It was difficult to get their invoice at first, as it didn't arrive as originally stated. After I was able to contact them directly it was most pleasant and went smoothly. I am now satisfied with my purchase.

Nope the best auction house on the net. They have accurate photos, descriptions and the shipping is fair. None better.

I paid for the item, but still have NOT received it. I was told that the auction house would deliver it to their shipper, and that they would call me to set up the shipment of same. I still have NOT heard from anyone. Please assist me with this so that I can finally receive my item. Thanks...

In previous online auction, I was able to bring up the items and it showed the closing within the last 10 min and showed if I was outbid... did not show this time, lost several sales...

They do not provide many photos so we can see what we are bidding on. The shipping and handling is so costly.

The experience was just fine. The citrine has very poor clarity which could not be seen in the photo or noted in the remarks, but I do like the ring very much. I would use Tom Hall Auctions again.
