Beware! Selling FAKE coach bags. Exact same bag that I bought is listed on EBAY. Same wear marks, picture is exactly the same. I questioned 3 Kings Auction as was told they have multiple consignors.

I received the LV toiletry bag. It was sold without letting you know that the zipper is broken. No way to get in touch. Can get in touch with the auction house or the seller.

Accurate description of the item, overall great experience, I will look forward to participating in other events by this auction house. Thank you.

I bid on a rare Coleman lantern that was only sold in Japan. I won the auction and paid for it the same day. 3 Kings delayed shipping the item for more than a month. The item shipped was not what was pictured. The inferior lantern was shipped back in original condition. 3 Kings has had my money for months now. I am still waiting for my refund. Customer Service score for 3 Kings and LIve Auctioneers = Zero.

3 kings auction mid led me with their auction then when I had a question they didn’t respond but just auto charged me even though they knew I didn’t want the card I still haven’t received the 10k card and will file a claim on them as they were trying to sell the card twice

The item was exactly as described and arrived well packaged. Shipping was delayed however and 3 Kings was difficult to contact. In the end, however, everything was resolved and I was happy with the purchase and with 3 Kings.

Deceitful, lies, everything that could add to a horrible experience happened with them. I obviously would not recommend buying anything from them.

Paid for an item that I never received ($1200 Blanket) No help from the auction house, very poor communication. I called and emailed multiple times, I sent messages thru the Live Auctioneer App with almost no help. I would advise against bidding with 3 kings.

Earrings fall off ear as locking mechanism does not work. Really flimsy, low quality item. Item was shipped many days after I had paid for it. Will not use this auction house again. They should specify items measurements and gold weight. I am very disappointed but I also know that is partially my fault for not backing out when I saw no measurements and no gold weight anywhere

I read a description on an item. I bid and won the bid on the item. Afterward, I could see the picture of the item more clearly and realized the description didn’t fit the picture. I contacted the auctioneer to inform that the description I was reading on bid was inaccurate. They basically ignored my concern by resending me the picture again without the white diamond that was supposed to be included-that was written in the description. The Memorial Day holiday came a few days after my purchase and on revisit to the conversation, there was no additional communication from them except the fact that my payment status had been pushed into a delinquent status. I paid the bid, but this company should in no way include anything in writing that is NOT on the item … an unethical move at best.

The product was as described. However, considering what I paid including the premium, the fact that they shipped it using an illegal shipping label per the post office, charge me $30 for shipping and then I got a notice that it was here at the post office and I owed another $65. Low class! Personally, I felt like refusing it and letting it be sent back but I knew I would probably spend the year getting my money back

My friend is getting engaged and wanted something in rose gold and here is where I found just what he wanted at a price that was better than right! And eveything went just as smoothly as anyone could hope for!

I was busy bidding on several items that caught my attention and I failed to pay attention to the sellers fee on the item I won. My fault. I am used to sites like Heritage Auctions that update the item and sellers fee with each bid. I got sidetracked and did not think I was adding 20 % on top of my bid. The sellers fees vary from item to item so you better make notes so you don’t feel burned afterwards. This was my error. Teachable moment.

So I received an item that was different from what was pictured. As soon as I contacted three kings auction Jennifer replied back right away and I sent her a photo and she found out what happened but in the end I didn't want the item I got. So she sent me a shipping label right away and shipped it back! Jennifer stayed in contact the whole time it was great I really appreciate it! Now that's customer service and I will be doing business again with three kings auction! Hopefully this is helpful to someone thanks

The photos were helpful and the descriptions informative. Note your total cost includes the bid plus the premium (in this case 20 %) plus shipping (in this case abt $6). I bought the same coin for less $directly at US Mint.
