Local UPS store was great

I would definitely buy more items from this auction house if they took care of the shipping, which lately is prohibitive. e. g. a small auction lot of shells and coral sold for $17.50, but shipping cost me $50 to the West Coast. Now, I think they could attract more buyers if they considered shipping small to medium items, but I wouldn't purchase anything else unless the item justified overspending on shipping and handling.

Fantastic Auction House

They're always very helpful and extremely friendly!

We won item number 0051C on Sept. 20th 2016. They recommended a great shipping company who wanted to overcharge us with a quote of over $685.00 for a small set of dishes. We won the dishes for $100 so we said forget it, just donate these dishes to someone somewhere. They stated that they had a special place for donations. Now today we see the dishes we won on the auction website for sale again. Disheartening..... the man we spoke with was very unpolished at the shipping company. We had a set of 67 piece/dishes shipped to us for $149.00 from Turkey Creek Auction in Citra, Florida. Their set was 93 pieces. Too much. Thanks for listening.

Everything about WIlton Auctions is just great including their customer service. However, I will tell you that the Live Auctioneers website is often as "slow as snot" (as a lady Pastor I know would say...)

The gentlemen who helped me were extremely nice and made pickup a breeze. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

All my experience (s) with Wilton Gallery Auctions have been superb. However, my experience with the on-line Live Auctioneers site has been less than stellar. The Live Auctioneers site is extremely slow. Allow me to point out that pages from OTHER auction houses, (OTHER than Wilton), also load slowly. Sometimes it is so slow that I just close the page and give up. I have even tried looking around 4:30 AM to see if the page would load faster at times of less activity; it was still slow.

Native American item wasn't real.

I would like to see other options on shipping.

I received a different product. I bought it by mistake, so I was careless when I received the product. I didn't even look at it. However, when I wanted to sale it. I review the pictures that I have saved from the auction, that's when I notice the difference. I call the office, leave a message and nobody even call me back.

Transaction went well, no complaints!

I would prefer if they had a link to make a payment directly from the invoice rather than having to call to make the payment.

I always deal with Matt, he's extremely nice and efficient.
