After participating in several auctions and winning several auctions, I am under the impression that they do not have regular operating hours and return calls much later. Also, it seems like they say they will ship if possible, but really do not make an effort to ship anything of any size or fragility. I expected that they would say one of the items I won, they could ship, but they have packed and shipped nothing and I have had to arrange all of that myself. Realizing this, I will probably not participate in any other auctions in the future.

from last bid price to sold, sometimes reminders are too much, but sometimes there isn't reminder, or only 1 to 2 repeat, it should consistent. I lost a few bids due to that.

Great auction

Have used many auction houses on Liveauctioneers and this one is about the worst regarding shipping of the small items to customers Multiple times have had problems that have delayed the shipping of items by over a week. Tried to talk to a manager or owner and got the runaround or they did not care to call the customer. Wonder how they stay in business, but I suspect the people that bring them things to sell must be getting ripped by low prices since we will try VERY HARD NOT TO BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE!

paper items should not have been rolled into tube but shipped

I LOVE it when the Auction house ships. It costs about half as much as the UPS Store charge and they ship way faster. Sometimes when there are two auctions at the same time, I will pick the one that has internal shipping.

The payment process could be more streamlined. It's kind of a pain to have to call and give a credit card over the phone. Isn't there a way to just do it online.

The staff was most accommodating in sending photos and arranging for shipping. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.

The auction house stated in their shipping information that they will ship winning bidders items. After paying for my item I was informed that I would have to use an outside shipper. I was contacted by a shipping company they recommended. I gave them all the information and never heard from them again. I still haven't received my item and the auction house has offered no help whatsoever. So at this point I'm out both the money and the item. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with many auction houses and here for a lousy $130.00 I've had nothing but aggravation. Live and learn........

They use their trash to package the items up. There was a lot of used paper towels in the it was really gross trying unpack the .

Absolutely top rated experience. They took care of the shipping themselves without sourcing it out to some high priced slow shipping service. I can not rate this auction experience any higher than it was the best of the best.

I haveurchased from this Auction House 3 times. Each time I picked up the purchase and met them personally. Good, professional and Faur Auction House.

The shipping company recommended by the auction house was not up to the task of properly packing my clock. The clock arrived damaged. Dial glass broken; surround wood scared by broken glass.

Auction House you can trust

We had purchased some Chinese money that turned out to be counterfeit. IGA's integrity and honesty was wonderful. They refunded the money without hesitation. I would recommend them for further purchases. Hopefully all of you auction houses would respond in the same honest way.

There was a crack in the box that I could not see in the photos. Disappointed that that wasn't revealed in the description.

I have had at least two occasions where I feel strongly that the photos given had been photo-shopped.

I BID ON THREE DIFFERNT ITEMS THAT SOLD FOR MY HIGH BID-BUT NOT TO ME....... SEEMS TO BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING MY BIDS... DONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM W/OTHER AUCTIONS
