Purchased a Fleetwood Mac RIAA award from these people. The entire lower portion of the matte board... about 1/4 of the entire board... is completely wrinkled from Water Damage. They mentioned NONE of this in their description nor does it show up in any of their photos of the award. This is incredibly DECEPTIVE selling practice. I mentioned this in an email message and the reply I got was basically.... we didnt see any water damage so send it back if you want. Its IMPOSSIBLE not to see the Water Damage!!! They said "we were excited to get a piece autographed by Mick Fleetwood". Thats all well and good but Mick signed the BACK PAPER on the award and in order to correct and change the Water Damage the paper on the back needs to be torn off and replaced in order to get to the inside of the award. So WHAT Good is MICK's autograph when you have to remove it from the award to repair it?? You cant re-attach 50 + Year old paper (thats already torn in many spots to begin with). I would NEVER deal with people like this again. Didnt offer a partial refund to cover the costs of repair or anything else helpful.... Just "Send it Back". How professional. As the saying goes CAVEAT EMPTOR. Hope you all fare better than I did.

One of my favorite things about PASHCO auctions is that Pash usually hosts them live and I ALWAYS learn something. His auction says he ships at cost but he'll charge $24 in shipping on two records in a cheap mailer. Completely outrageous. Even if you add insurance and the cost of one cheap mailer and tape, it's not adding up to more than what I paid on the product to go from Florida to Illinois.

PASCHO's Auction was a great experience from start to begging. They have amazing response times and are very helpful with anything you might need. I accidentally bid on an item and they were kind enough to understand the situation and provide me with a full refund. I had some delays, but they helped me contact Live Auctioneers to ensure I'd get my refund quickly. I've had refunds issued before but the seller never helped me in contacting Live Auctioneers which was surprising but highly appreciated. There are extremely professional, honest, patient, and helpful. I will definitely by participating in their future auctions and encourage anyone else who sees this to participate in their auctions. They have great stuff and are very honest about the condition of the items they're selling. The only recommendation I'd make is shipping in bigger tubes, a very tight roll can damage a print. Was not my case but would avoid creases and/or tears.
