I won a pair of 14kt yg earrings which they shipped in a bubblewrap envelope. The earrings were destroyed. They told me that they would replace them. Now they don't respond to my emails? I would just prefer to have my money back at this point and I will never deal with these people again.

I have still not received the item and I won it now over a month ago. The main issue here is that the auction house was keen to engage with ensuring the payment was processed. I paid very promptly, but since I made the payment the auction house has not responded to any queries at all. I have asked a number of times if the item has been sent out but there has been no response. I am now increasingly concerned that I may be a victim of fraud. I hope you will be able to help resolve this!
