Bright Star answered my telephone inquiry quickly and were able to accept my credit card payment which accelerated the firearm shipping process with copy of the FFL to my Texas gunsmith. Felt like I knew the Bright Star representative would go the extra step to accommodate my needs. Look forward to future Bright Star auctions.

I really like these folks. I purchase from dozens of auction houses, and Bright Star is a bright spot on my radar and I really like doing business with them. Easy to work with and down to earth.

They lived up to my expectations.

They need to improve communication with the customer. Also a big improvement needs the shipping process. Almost after 1 month I had to call a few times to understand where it was my item because the shipper said it was at the auction and the auctioneer said that it was at the shipper.

NOT what i expected to get based on the cryptic description. I should have asked questions before bidding. Expensive lesson learned. Most likely will not bid with this auction house again.

As a shift worker on the other side of the world, they were very quick to open a non payment dispute and offered no online payment solution like PayPal or secure card payment... it is some times hard to phone internationally as a shift work and in a totally different time zone.

They were very nice and helpful.

We were high bidder on a lot according to live auctioneers but not according to the auction house.

Have not received the goods as yet as I live in Australia, but everything about Bright Star to date has been great

For lots with multiple items, it was not always clear which items were priced on a per item basis or for the whole lot. This kept me from bidding on more items.
