I bought 3 items, they were packaged beautifully, can even store them safely in the packaging until they are framed, loved that, really superior experience with Dane.

This lot closed on 12/12/25 and was paid on 12/16/25. I reached out to Liveaution's shipping dept on 12/30/25 and was advised that they were waiting on their shipping partner. After the item is picked up from the auction house it is to be brought to their shipping partner's warehouse for packaging and shipment. Once the item is shipped I would receive an email from the shipping partner that would include a tracking number. Over one month later I reached out to liveauctioner's shipping for any updates and was advised that they were waiting on for the shipping partner to provide the label. In actuality, they were waiting on the virtual consigner to return home to send them the print. I finally received an email from live auctioner's shipping dept which provided the shipping company and tracking number. The item arrived yesterday (2/20/26). I doubt I would have received any transparency if I wasn't persistant with my communications. Also noting that the item description and photo did not indicate that the print was framed.

No one has responded to me, I was charged for a purchase I did not make.

Won a single lot from them. They charge an absurd “online payment” fee of $45. After two weeks of my payment going through I still had no contact from them or tracking. I reached out and they seemed surprised that my item hadn’t shipped yet. No explanation was given and I wonder how long it would have been had I not emailed. They did ship quickly though once I emailed them.

Both lithographs came with COAs, and were expertly packed. Definitely worth the price!

Dane was very good about getting my item shipped quickly. So grateful for their service.

The action house didn’t have both the items I bid on. The stated it was a clerical error. Yet they still charged me for the item. Then the finally reimbursed me for the item, but did not reimburse me for the premium. I still haven’t received what I am owed. I highly recommend not working with them.

I received the item in good condition within a reasonable time frame. I'm very happy with it.

On a positive note, the lithograph I purchased was as described. The problem was with the frame. Prior to the sale I asked if it was framed and was told it was in a “museum quality frame”-in a subsequent message they boasted the frame would have cost “$800 retail in California” (where I live). When the lithograph arrived, it was in a badly damaged frame. In subsequent communication, it is impossible to convey how contradictory the messages got. The piece came framed-but they had listed it without the frame. Then why tell me it was framed? Even though they described it as a museum quality frame-they were unaware it was damaged. Shipping was going to be $65 but I was billed for $75-because they had framed it after sending me the initial quote (except, remember, it was framed when they got it). At least they honored the original shipping quote. When I asked to be compensated for having been lied to about the condition of the frame, they offered to have me ship it back and said “we have a frame shop here and will frame it in a frame of your choosing for free.” While I thought that was a very kind offer-I said I'd prefer a partial refund so I could have it framed without sending it back, waiting for the framing, and to have it shipped back. At this point, it became clear they had no intention of reframing it-they were simply offering me a refund if I wanted to return it. At no point did they acknowledge the inaccurate description of the frame and, in fact, blamed me for not having asked for pictures of the frame (which it came in, or was added by them, the damage to which they were unaware of or, was of museum quality and worth $800). Buyer Beware

The artwork was sent promptly. There was a one day delay in delivery, but that was the fault of UPS rather than Dane Fine Art. Dane Fine Art was proactive in trying to resolve the situation. I would definitely do business with the company in the future.

I won a piece at auction and was invoiced and paid immediately. I reached out after 2 weeks to see why I had not heard from them or received the piece. They sent me a curt reply that they had packed it and would ship it within “a few business days.” That was 9 business days before they did. I reached out for information during that time a received no message back. The piece finally came and it is not as described, it has a crease down the center and noticeable staple holes. I’m very disappointed in the quality. Poor description and poor customer service, I will not bid in their auctions again.
