The item arrived without the Steuben box. I tried contacting the auction house twice about it and never got a reply. The box is as important as the piece when dealing with Steuben. Not happy at all. Felt misled and cheated. First bad experience on Live Auctioneers on over 225 purchases.

In fact, it's not possible to know the shipping fees before the end of the auction. In case you win an item for 50 dollars, the shipping cost will be 150 dollars. It makes the transaction no sens. In my case, I paid my item, refused to pay the huge shipping fees and did not get my item. That's why my experience is bad and I will never bid again and will also not advise your service.

After almost 3 months I still have NOT received my Auction Item. Made many contactsbut no one Has helped And No cares. I am out over $350.00 With NOTHING to show for it.

I have yet to receive my auction item... and no information from the auction house except to call and ask for my CC number for an outrageous shipping fee!!! Will NEVER bid on anything Live Auctioneers.

I won a pair of earrings. Called several times to pay for them. Lots of confusion as two different people answered the phones. Told both of them the cc # and then I received a dispute from them for an unpaid item. I called back and told them the cc # again. I wanted an email with a tracking number. Did not get that-so I had no idea when the earrings were mailed out. Finally picked up the earrings and one major stone is missing from the top. In the picture from the auction the stone is there. Stone is now missing and is unique shape so I don't know if I can replace it resulting in me not being able to resell it. I think this auction house needed a person solely on email and on phone to gather cc # and send out shipping numbers. Very poor customer service

UPS picked up the items from the suction house. We purchased a Belleek woven basket and it was not packed well at all. It was not wrapped or double boxed. It was simply put in between layers of bubble wrap. needless to say, it arrived broken. UPS has picked it up to be returned and processed. The auction house was fine. Our complaint is with the shipper.

I appreciated the fact that they answered the phone, took my payment, and gave me a good recommendation on shipping which proved correct. Not all houses manage to do this.
