I wouldn't bid with Alderfer again. They sent me the wrong condition report on an expensive item and later admitted doing so. They refunded the purchase cost, but initially refused to cover any shipping costs for the damaged item. I eventually negotiated a split on shipping costs, but I'd be embarrassed to make my customer pay for my mistake. Not a reputable way to do business.
