When Quinn's said, "Quinn's does not warranty or guarantee the condition or workings of any watch or clock movement," they meant it. This watch is in pristine condition, cosmetically-but it don't run. Balance wheel will tick for a few seconds, but dies. Second hand does not move-at all. The listing Condition definition adds, "The absence of a condition statement does not indicate that the lot is in perfect condition, free from damage or does not show wear consistent with age and use. Quinns Auction Galleries recommends you request a condition report prior to bidding." That statement is a hint. Should have, would have, could have. Now, I'll never know if it would have made a difference. $1, 221.00 to learn that lesson...

The shipping quote was nearly double the sellers premium. Priced the transaction out of realistic budget available. There should be advisory notes for estimated firearm shipping expenses in the listing

The auction was unable to arrange delivery to my address, they were asking for many thousands of dollars even within the US.

The buyer's premium was a bit steep. However, the shipping was great and the quality of my items were exactly as expected.

Items were mostly as described, packed extremely well, shipped quickly, and arrived in good condition. The auction house was quick to address my concerns with a lot that was not as described and resolved it to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my purchase and their support, and will bid with them again.

Book was securely packed and wrapped in additional plastic to prevent exposure to water/moisture while in transit. Very impressed!

What a pleasure it was to work with Quinn’s. The transaction was absolutely seamless. Minutes arrived quickly and just as described. I would definitely recommend them.

I spent $1600 for about 100 comic books. Most weren't bagged and boarded and the auction house put them in big envelopes without any cardboard and wrapped it up tight. Naturally damaging the corners of the comic books that I spent $1600 for. I did not spend that amount of money to read these. If you don't know how to deal with collectibles then you shouldn't sell them. They also mixed comics with bags and without, so the tape on the back of the bagged comics sticks to the front of the non bagged comics. Disgusting what they did to these comic books.

Overall, a smooth transaction. Shipping was easy to arrange.

I was a first-time bidder and won two items. Arrangements were made to have Quinn's recommended shipper pick up the items and forward to me. Somehow one item disappeared. When contacted Quinn's only help was to sdend me a dupilcsate purshace receipt. My item was lost and received no help to locate. I doubt that I will do business with Quinn's again.

Did not receive all parts to blast furnace, was offered a partial refund, then after trying to track down and could not, was given a full refund. Upset with process and communication. You need to find own shipping, which was outrageous having to pay three times the amount to ship than the cost of the items. One box shouldn't cost $238 to ship for something less than 10lbs and then it arrives damaged.
