All items are accurately described and are available for request of additional photos or preview prior to sale for buyers to be able to gain in formation to bid as they see fit. If no additional information is provided by the consignor then we provide a description as to size and condition only. All items are ultimately as is and are not misrepresented.

1) would be good to include authenticator's name and Certified appraiser credentials when commenting about having an item authenticated, otherwise it is basically third party opinion. 2) Review of lots purchased indicated that no provenance, age, etc., was given by the consignor regarding the items purchased and therefore none was listed in the description other than the visual condition and composition of the signs. There was no misrepresentation of the lots in question. The auction house is not responsible for authenticating lots for sale. We are not certified appraisers and in those situations we simply provide all the information that is provided to us by the consignor. All items are considered AS IS where is by our terms and conditions of sale, and are openly available for preview by potential bidders prior to the sale, for the bidder to be able to examine and bid according to their examination. We are glad to send additional pictures of the items as well upon request up to auction day.
