I paid for expedited shipping, 3 or 4 days, but my items took 5 weeks to arrive, due to an internal auction house shipping error. They sent my items to someone else, had to get them back and send again. In the meantime, I was charged duties and taxes on the wrong shipment, which had a higher value, essentially overpaying. All of this, plus the fact that their error caused me to miss the deadline the items were for, obviously requires a reduction to the shipping charge, at the very least. They should, in fact, waive it entirely. However, the auction house has declined to rectify this after numerous attempts, and seems happy to leave me dissatisfied with the entire experience. My most recent email has gone unanswered for two weeks. Throughout the process, I felt like I was being elaborately scammed, so, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised that the items arrived. But after such sloppiness, and their not taking adequate responsibility for it financially, I cannot recommend their service. I will not be purchasing from them again.

described as excellent condition, but crucial pieces for hanging were missing. Contact yes, but later ignored, no settlement. Would not recommend.
