They take pride in their brand by offering quality merchandise, with special attention to detail and customer satisfaction. One gets the feeling that they are the only customer-that they are important as a customer, and that their satisfaction is of most importance-not the money. I highly recommend finding an opportunity to view their inventory and participate in their auctions. I know I will. Thank you Edward, for your patience, kindness, and expertise.

Challenging and expensive to get (1) ring picked up, packed, and shipped. Was the holiday timeframe so communications with the shipper were not the best until I actually got hold of them and from there, no issues. The item from the auction was high quality, described well, and the photos were well presented.
