An excellent experience. Shipping was very prompt and was packaged very well.

Liveauctioneers should provide sound so the buyer can hear the auctioneer. Skinner does it and Sotheby's provides audio and video, so why can't Liveauctioneers at least provide audio? This would provide a much better shopping experience and give you an edge over competitors like Bidsquare.

Great lunch and parking lot sales too.

Their shipping charges are very reasonable compared to other auction houses, some of which I will no longer buy from because of exorbitant charges for packing and shipping.

Not enough pictures, usually only one unless a high end piece...

I thought that I had been the top bidder on several items that I had wanted to buy but there was a delay between my hitting the "bid" button and the sale closing with my bid not being accepted. Very disappointing in that I wanted additional items from the last auction.

The BEST auction house I've dealt with over the years for stoneware/redware!! Unparalleled selection, more than knowledgeable and accurate descriptions and staff is friendly and helpful. We are return customers and eagerly await each auction!!

1st rate

I experienced difficulty bidding on this auction. I was told twice by Live Auctioneer that I had won a particular item only to find out two days later that the items were sold to an 'in house' bidder. This is not a Crocker Farm issue (they were very considerate in dealing with me) but moreover a Live Auctioneer problem. I always bid quickly and occasionally my bid comes late, but twice I was told I was the winner of a Lot when, in reality, I was not.

Crocker Farms is a top notch organization run by great people! I will continue to do business with them! Toby
