this auction house will not return emails or calls. signature fake on item
charmy's should be ashamed for selling fake signatures and pass them off as real, i had it checked by the # 1 company in America. cost me $200.00 to have it checked. this was my first time ever bidding with this auction house and is my last. I hate to leave a review like this but I have to. (PLEASE) use caution when you think of buying from this auction. most auctioneers are great but this one (NO GO)

Auction Gallery did not research this item and still sold as an attributed piece, was a true fake per the Sandzen Museum and thus would advise any prior or hereafter purchases of a Sanszen from this gallery to go check the authenticity thereof. Was informed the item would be shipped by 2-day Fed Ex, when in fact it came by USPS 2 day at a much lesser charge than we paid, with the packing being very little, asked for a partial refund with no reply.

authenticity and codition
the item exceeded my expectations because online descriptions and photographs are limited compared to onsite inspections. the shipping box was excellent in design and construction.

It has been two weeks since they cashed my check, and I still don't have the auction lots-they send me shipping information but nothing has arrived to me-I don't know if this is a legitimate company-I am thinking that they are scamming people-is there any recourse for me to file charges against this company? I purchased a piece in the 9/30 auction, paid promptly, and I have yet to receive it, don't know who is shipping it, have no tracking number, and do not know if it was insured or when it will arrive. I have left numerous messages and have yet to receive a call back. I have been very satisfied with my other purchases through Live Auctioneers, always professional and prompt. This experience is leaving a very bad taste, at this point I suspect fraud. Since I haven't seen the piece I can't comment on the first question above. Thank you

Overcharged for a low rate shipping. And it took many emails to receive tracking number. Still haven ‚ Ä ô t received the item.

I wanted to leave the first question blank because I haven't received my item from Charmey's. I paid for my item immediately. I have sent at least 6-8 emails and left two messages trying to obtain shipping information. I finally received a response-all told, I've been given three shipping fees with e-invoices that went to error pages. It's been a horrible experience and I plan to file a complaint against this company. I am out more than $2, 000 which is a lot of money for me. I'm checking into filing fraud charges against Charmey's. They have ruined liveauctioneers. com's reputation. I will think twice (or three times) before participating in aliveauctioneers.com auction in the future. I've never had a bad auction experience before, so this has been a huge disappointment.

We have not received our artworks yet, and we have not support at all to retrieve our parcel. we are very concerned and worried about our shipment and we need a basic level of assistance, is the worst support we have never experienced by now.

Customer service with this auction house is terrible; they forward you to an individual that never answers the phone nor responds to voicemail/email inquires. More of a concern is the lack of trust a buyer has in regard to an item's authenticity. After reading numerous complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau against this auction house, I question whether the item I recently purchased is genuine as referenced in the item description.

I do not want to bid with any auction companies like Charmey's. Though there are some other auction companies who are also slow in responding to customers and whose service is not so good, they have explanation and they respond in an honest way. Getting along with Charmey's you are always at a loss, you do not know when they will respond and how they will respond. They can change their words or promise at any time, you have no place to put your trust on them. I do not want to have any connection with them even if they have great objects to auction. Their way of handling business just makes auctions very scaring. This is my feeling, I don't know I am biased or not. I feel it in this way. Very sorry for it.

I have not received any call back from auction house after calling them and leaving a message-last week Friday about status of shipment. Called again today and left another voice mail as they will not pickup incoming phone call. Very poor customer service. Paid invoice from shipper and have not received item. Called left message with shipper with no call back. Also sent email message on status of item and shipment with no reply. This is the preferred shipper of Charmey's. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This company selling Fake Jade. But they are cheating Bidder. They claim those Jade are real Jade. In fact all thos Jade are fake one. When I email to this company. Ask? To them. They didn't respond any. I am not to bid any item from this company. Hope live auction kick this company out from Liveauction.

To date I have received no communications from this auction house other than "send in your check and we'll get back in touch with you about shipping". Still waiting. I had a sinking feeling about them when I called five times, left five voice mail messages and never got a response. I sent an Email and got a response a week later! Sent in my check and to date "nothing"! I have purchased a number of items through Live Auctioneers and always had a great experience, unfortunately my luck ran out. I do not expect unrealistic results but these people run their auction business exactly the opposite of what all other auction houses do in the way of standard business practices. I am still wondering if I will ever get my paid for item. They said that they would send me the shipping info but I am not holding my breath.

How are you Some companies don't have the defect of the item, also deliberately hidden defect images, very sorry. But most of the company is very good
