Thank you for your comments. Whether you bid with AAG or any other auction, it is always suggested that one ask for a condition report. Most items offered are antique/vintage and display some form of wear, loss, or restoration. In each lot of our auction, it states that detailed reports are not included in the catalog, and to PLEASE ASK SELLER FOR A CONDITION REPORT. While we attempt to disclose all, we offer over 1200 lots per auction and are happy to provide reports with numerous additional photos, in case something was missed or the condition is not in line with what a client is looking for (as thoughts on the condition of an antique item is often subjective). While we do not have in-house shipping, we do provide live links (on your invoice) to a selection of 4 various shippers who come to the gallery and collect winnings at no additional charge to you. They are happy to quote you prior to bidding so that you are aware of the cost of shipping.
