Items ruined by Live Auctioneers Shipping

I encourage Grandview Art & Auctions to pack and ship their own items. I was sent a photograph in an envelope without firm cardboard of greater size than the photo, to protect it by 3 inches on all sides. My photographic artwork has a HUGE DENT. Uggh! JS from Los Angeles

We are very sorry that you experienced damage with your item. We've never had a packaging complaint so this came by surprise. We make sure to wrap it accordingly and I know that your item went into a rigid folder with do not bend stickers. Unfortunately once it leaves our hands we are at the mercy of UPS or USPS.
