Excellent Art Fantastic Packing and shipping!

I've purchased several items of art from KCM. Each time the item was well described. Whenever I've asked a question of them I've gotten a timely answer. They are excellent packers of framed art! Not only are the pieces wrapped very well individually, but then they are placed into a box constructed on site that is a double thickness and well-made. I love that they combine pieces in order to give me the lowest possible shipping charge. And as a bonus, they ship quickly. Also, having no seller's premium is a great savings in money. Last, each item comes with a certificate from the gallery that includes the description on the auction page, a photograph of the artwork, and a signature from the preparer representing the gallery. I like doing business with KCM more than any of the other galleries I've dealt with!

I've bought numerous items from KCM Galleries and each and every one have not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I've called the sales department several times with a special request and after the first call, the gentleman remembered me and that I preferred a specific frame for my prints, which is very appreciated. The items arrived almost too well wrapped. While it does take time to remove the tape and wrapping material, my purchases arrived in perfect condition. I look forward to working with KCM Galleries again!

We have found KCM to be perhaps the best value among fine art print auctions. Reliable descriptions, fast shipping and personal responses to any concerns. We are now "return customers" multiple times. One modest complaint: Framed pieces are actually "over packed" for shipping. It's kind of like trying to unwrap a mummy. Shipping dept could use some professional instruction. That said, all pieces have always arrived in super condition. Thanks for good merchandise, fairly priced without any game playing.

This transaction was very easy to complete. I’ve purchased items from KCm Gallery before and had the same good experience. I receive the invoice quickly, pay it online, and a few days later I receive the items and they are always extremely well packed with generous cushioning to ensure their safety. I have good confidence in KCM and look for their auctions.

The pieces are perfect, as they always working with KCM, and Chris followed up to find the pieces had been delivered to the wrong address. He immediately got in touch with the shipping company and the pieces were delivered within 24 hours. I do love the Gallery and th work they have.

I recently discovered Liveauctioneers. As a "newbie" to their processes, some of my experiences were outside the norms to which I was accustomed. I have purchased through auction many pieces over the last 40 + years. I was not a "newbie" to auction purchasing. I was surprised at the lack of a system-wide shipping program and was stunned to realize, my fault of course, that the worst was to come AFTER the sale and purchase. The easy part was to bid and buy. Once I had bought, I found that I must select an unaffiliated company to pay to ship my purchases. It was an additional unregulated expense and the buyer is at the mercy of this company with apparently no time constraints. I have waited as much as 4-5 weeks for items to arrive. An ironic aside to this is, after purchasing some silver coinage, I found that my purchase had increased in value $65.00, as silver had increased its value in the time between purchase and delivery. This was not the case with KCM Galleries. That being said, it was an unexpected, but a very welcome pleasure to find KCM Galleries. Their business model is to provide the highest quality art with the most accurate information for measurements, quality, imperfections, ample pictures for viewing, decision making and, all importantly, COA for their pieces. After the sale, they are competent and thorough. Mine was a seamless transaction from bid to the arrival at my home of my purchases. Others should take note of KCM Galleries operates their House. KCM Galleries is a model for a well run auction house and is to be highly recommended to any interested, prospective art buyers. They provide the type of customer support and interaction which separates them from the norm. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful pieces I received which were exactly, if not better, than were advertised on their site.
