The item I bid on and won was described as a 14k gold, 21ct moissanite bracelet. I was informed 2 days later that a mistake had been made and the item I won was actually silver, not 14kt gold. I insisted on a complete description with pictures of the "actual" bracelet. What followed was a description that said silver. There were no sterling marks or 925 or any markings on the metal. The stones, instead of being moissanite were actually said to be cubic zirconia. It was a complete bait and switch. I insisted on a complete refund and made sure that your customer service department was made aware of the dishonest description. I was mostly satisfied with the help I got from your customer service once I was able to make the CSR understand the problem. That was not an easy process. Under NO circumstances will I ever deal with Aloha Auctions again.
