My ship to address is my office. For some reason, the Liveauctioneers database does not include that address in its notes. This new auction house was not going to ship to my office until the owner of the auction house stepped in and mad the determination that I was who I said I was. I'd appreciate your updating your records. Thank you.-Drew

Your survey does not identify for me which "auction house" to evaluate, so I am referring to Liveauctioneers itself and the aspects of the process it is known to control. Shipping: I need the shipping address to be my office and not my home and your rules so far make it hard to get that to happen. It's always a one on one with the different auction houses. Photos often do not match the lot title, like the year or mintmark are contradictory. Old format is what I like new one is unfriendly. The wasted time getting to the old format is driving me away as a client. You used to offer blue dot reminders and i used them. They are gone in favor of you have been outbid. rediculous. plus, you used to have auction dates on the cover like easy to know its ots soon or I have time. You dropped that so you often loose my bids because I am very busy and might have to put off bidding because it might be a sooner auction date than I would guess with no help from you. I have more but I really do not think anyone is listening on your end.
