I recently won an item through Brookline. They went above and beyond to help me complete the transaction. They were thoughtful and timely on shipping, and went out of their way to help me save money. I would highly recommend this auction house!

Very accommodating. They make pickup and payment process easy. A real pleasure to deal with. Have also had items shipped and can say the excellent packaging and care taken was apparent. Never had an issue.

Purchased items they arrived very well packaged, they respond quickly and are willing to resolve any issues. Items where as listed and described. I would buy with them again.

I Made a purchase through Liveauctioneers and never received notification from liveauctioneers or Brookline that they “sold” an item I won to another person that was in person on the auction floor. It was a supposed “clerical error”. I was ultimately refunded the item I purchased and a 20 % discount on my total order, however I had to ask for the discount since I had a long trip. I appreciate the discount, however I don’t feel like the transaction error was an honest transaction as I was left with inferior products and the lot I didn’t Receive was the primary reason I decided to purchase the other items. I wouldn’t have made the purchases I made if I knew the other lot wasn’t going to be included. I was told it was a clerical error and a person on the floor received the item in error. Their bid was lower than my bid as well. I have concerns with this entire situation and will not be purchasing anything in the future. If it wasn’t for an additional refund by the owner I would be leaving a worse review.

Shipping was a bit slow, but the item arrived in the condition represented.

From the sale, to answering questions and to shipping, it was so easy and a very smooth process. Highly recommend.

This is the second NY NH & H beanpot I've managed to acquire, and is an upgrade over my previous one. I'm quite happy, and the auction house did a good job shipping.

The least expensive and fastest shipping of any auction house I've ever dealt with.

The first shipping option was extremely high, so I went with having the listing seller ship it instead of the auction house, and it was less than 1/3 the cost, but took a week long-but I was in no hurry at all. Great service and response! Ryan at Brookline was good to deal with!!
