I was able to pick up my item in person and was impressed with the facility. The item was very well described. There were no surprises when I finally took possession.

Again very happy with everything. Quality items, excellent photographs showed all sides of what was important. Shipping was well done-extremely good packing and strong communication about where my items were at every step of the way.

Some auction houses do a lousy job describing listings. When I won this lot I thought maybe I should have not bid so High. The items far exceeded my expectations. As a reseller who has to put their trust in these houses. These guys are among the best. looking forward to doing more with them

I have participated in multiple Morphy auctions and have yet to be displeased. Since I'm not too far away, I will pick up my items if the shipping costs run too high. The items have always been as described and I have not had any issues. The staff at Morphy's have been friendly and helpful. I look forward to participating in future Dan Morphy Auctions.

Dan Morphy auctions seeks out high quality items for auction. When I picked up my auction item I could review the items coming up for sale-all top quality.

The shipping is always an issue as you have to arrange on your own and it is a supreme hassle.

The shipping was overkill but very well done, the extra Handling charges (on top of the 28 % buyers premium) were more than a little excessive and more than tripled the cost of my item-however I am mostly mad at myself for not reading-and those excessive charges are the only reason I will not be back, because without them, I liked everything else about this auction house

These old Manley units are far and few in-between to find in serviceable condition. Glad to be a repeat Morphy's client.

Very slow shipping...

I had a very poor customer service experience with Dan Morphy's. I spoke to three different people to pay my invoice and received different information from each, resulting in double payments that were unnecessary and a waste of time. (they did credit the overpayment). The items I received were fine, but they made me go through so much red tape to pay for a $200 sale that I would think twice about bidding on their auctions in the future.

Even during the holiday season and quite a few closed auctions, they were able to ship in a very timely manner-I called with a couple of questions and each time I was given exactly what I needed without having to be transferred to anyone else. One of Liveauctioneers BEST!

I always expect professionalism and this is what I received. I will certainly be watching their upcoming auctions.

Be cautious-the description does not exactly show the item’s actual condition. I bought a music box with hidden bells and the description says it is in “Good” condition. However, all the bells are not working at all. The Dan Morphy Auctions replied: “All items are sold for display purpose. If electrical, mechanical, or other working parts are inoperable, even if working at the time of sale, we are not liable due to the inherent nature of the age of these antiques and items. The functionality of the bells and internal mechanism fall under these terms. Due to these terms, your lot is not eligible for any returns or partial refunds.”
