After paying for the item, it took multiple communications to receive confirmation the item would be shipped. At one point, I reached out to Live Auctioneers to intercede to assist me with getting some definitive information on when the item would be shipped. It took over 4 weeks post payment to be in receipt of the item.

Firearm was very well described. It was not noted that the spring on the loading gate was not functioning but this is a minor thing on a breech loading carbine this old. Be aware shipping will take longer than you think. Ours arrived 26 days after the firearm was paid for. But, to be expected in a large auction like they do. Packing for shipping was outstanding. We will definitely buy from them in the future.

Courteous staff. Willing and capable of answering all questions. Easy to work with staff at Nevada site.

Their 28 % Bidding fee is the highest that anyone charges, on top of that there is a "Handling" fee ($20) and they charge more than the USPS actual cost for shipping charges. Of the dozens and dozens of auction houses that I have purchased from this year they are the only one that does NOT ACCEPT CARD payments for coins. Because of all of their excessive fee, I paid an additional 40 % over my winning bid. I will never deal with these people again!

I bought a cardboard small wall hanging for $25. They want $135 to ship the small CARDBOARD pic! They have not responded to my emails either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

It’s a. Rims to pay the buyers premium and the terribly high shipping and handling fees and the have to wait a month before your item ships. It only shipped after I called and complained about how long it was taking!

Item was described and pictured spot on-very happy with what I received. The shipping and 'handling' costs exceeded the cost of the $75 item I bought. I would buy from here again, but will be cautious of the shipping if you are planning any items for resale.

I received an item that was broken. When I sent an email inquiring about the item I never received a response.

Oct 18th Vegas auction spent over $6, 000 with fees and shipping on a Baranger motion display that was described in excellent condition. When I received my item it didn't work and they knew it didn't work (worn out gear). A Baranger motion display isn't in excellent condition if it doesn't work. Talked to customer service reps and will receive no refund or return of the item. Lying seems to be a accepted practice when writing the description of items in catalogs and online. Beware of these frauds and liars, was a long time customer and consigner but no more.
