Communication was easy and accurate. The item I won was oversized so I travelled to pick it up. The staff was very helpful in getting my item ready and helping me load up. The staff was very friendly, payment was easy and paperwork was accurate. I recommend doing business with this house.

Be carefull because the delivery time is very long and they charge all possible items in addition to the auction fee. I will not use the Dan Morphy Auctions services any more

Shipping always seems to be either overpriced or a pain to deal with when buying through live auctioneers. Of course there was an issue with receiving my auction, but the auction house was very apologetic and helpful. My item was well packed by Morphy’s and safely delivered by UPS. I have used Morphy’s in the past and they are one of the best from my experiences. They actually help and ship most of their own items. This relieves stress of getting a third party to ship items and for me that is huge. I have no hesitation bidding with Morphy’s, I just wish the auctioneer fees were not so high.,

The best of the best. Morphy’s is professional, helpful and I always receive my auction items as described with no damage. Kudos to Las Vegas Crating and Logistics as well. They packed up my items and was so carefully packed in layers of styrofoam and popcorn, you could drop it from a two storey building and no damage! Great experience on the auctions I attend and would say I am extremely satisfied with their offerings and professionalism. Keep up the great job! Best, Jerry

Staff was great, Morphy’s shipped my item themselves which is a great benefit vs having to go through a third party. Item was well packaged and I will use them again. I recommend this auction house highly!

Tried to bill for insurance the shipper already provided. Thet farm out all but the smallest items and the shipper really pads the bill.

Apparently, you can only bid through their company & not LIVE AUCTIONS, because they blame problems on others and make no attempt to “make it right”. Not the way I do business.

J ai achet é un mannequin qui a un doigt cass é et manquant alors que cela n é tait pas du tout é crit dans la description et on ne pouvait le distinguer sur les photos car celui ci é tait cach é avec un chiffon. J ai é crit au service apr è s vente qui d une mauvaise foie total. Totalement inacceptable de la part d une maison d ench è res comme la v ô tre.
