Hello. The item you are referring to was awarded to you in the October 12, 2023 auction for $50. You first scheduled a pick up in January of 2024 which is approximately 3 months after your purchase date. Our terms and conditions, noted on all auction sites, all websites, and on all invoices, clearly state that items are considered abandoned after 30 days after the auction date. Had you contacted us to make other arrangements within the 30 day time frame we would have been able to work with you. Please refer to terms and conditions before bidding. Thank you.

Hello. There was certainly no intended misrepresentation on the part of the auction house. The pieces you purchased, in our professional opinion, were indeed antique and came from a life long collector for whom we have sold at least 60 other Leedsware and Creamware pieces and more since the beginning of November. Each lot that you won was described with accuracy and had over 10 photos showing each piece and any accompanying marks on the bases, if, there were any. Perhaps you did not or were not able to study all the photos in the catalogue? You can still refer to them as our catalogs remain posted at all times. We post 4 auctions a month that have hundreds of happy bidders at the end of each, we are sorry you seem so disappointed as we heard no complaints from any of the other Leedsware or Creamware buyers. You may reconsign your pieces in auction with us if you chose. Have a Happy Holiday Season.
