Welcome to Golden Sun Auctions, Inc. (formerly known as Appraisal & Estate Sale Specialists, Inc.) We are 3 certified Antique and personal property appraisers and 2 certified Gemologist. We have been doing appraisals for the I.R.S., Insurance companies, private trusts, and probate courts for 20 years. We also have team members who specialize in antique dolls and toys, books & ephemera, furniture, collectibles, glassware and many other areas of expertise. We will be bringing you quality items with a friendly and knowledge staff. Owner, Dan, has been a certified Antique & personal property appraiser since 2001 and a certified gemologist since 2007. Golden Sun Auctions, Inc. is co-owned by Dan's business partner, Suki, who has been an antique and personal property appraiser since 2000 and is a a certified Fine Arts appraiser. Starting with an amazing assortment of Native American pottery, artwork and jewelry with big names such as Fannie Loretta, Lot 25, Koshare Mask, K. Bird Studios, Lots 140 & 141, Metal Kachinas, Walter Perkins, Lot 156, Watercolor, Taurina Baca, Lots 171 & 172, Mata Ortiz Pottery, just to name a few. We are also pleased to present some more fantastic vintage Japanese imported pieces from the dÃ©cor shop in Little Tokyo called Isshin-Do, Inc, that closed it's doors in the early 1970s. All of his inventory was placed in storage and now we have even more excellent selections of decorative ware. Lots of bronze figures, whether they be Lucky Gods, Censers and other Ikebana, stunning porcelain chargers, Shippo Yaki (cloisonnÃ©) vases starting at Lot 218, but a few scattered throughout) and artwork. We're just scratching the surface of the 75,000 cubic feet collection that has been accumulated for well over 30 years. All new old stock, all kept in pristine condition. With a couple lots in the beginning of the auction to showcase what you will see, the rest of these cool pieces start at Lot 384. There are more Hot Wheels, X-Men, Spiderman, WWF Wrestlers, Elvira, you name it, if we don't have it, we will soon! Calling all coin collectors, we've got you covered there as well! Lots and lots of silver coins, a couple gold pieces and a super half cent from 1809 at Lot 30! The rest of the coins start at Lot 266. I've won items a few times with Golden Sun Auctions and every single time, it's been a pleasurable experience. They offer high quality goods and the people who run it and work there are always friendly, helpful and honest. You cannot ask for more in an auction service! Because I live in southern California, I usually opt for picking up my lots in person and I look forward to it each time.

Great communication, easy to work with

Great communication and easy to work with. An issue with LiveAuctioneers systems caused an issue when the 3rd party shipper attempted to collect items. Golden Sun was fast to respond, investigate and resolve issue so items could be picked up and shipped. Would purchase from again.
