Several items noted as vintage appear to be cheap reproductions in person. Descriptions not accurate. Cost if shipping extremely high for lack of quality of items. Will avoid in future.

Neither issue would have been very expensive to correct, but she refused so here we are. I'm a flexible and understanding person but when you promise to correct a mistake and don't do it-that's unacceptable. Will never use again, and buyer beware.

The jade necklace does not look like in the picture. Its color is much darker and the gold looks rusty.

This was my second purchase and my items this time weren’t as great as the first batch. Many items were very cheap, but it is what it is. Not happy with selection, but the seller was very nice.

I indicated my plans to pick up my item, but they still charged me $15 for shipping. I reached out repeatedly to express my concerns and received no responses. The purchased item was nice, but I plan to avoid this seller in the future. I do not recommend them at all.

I’ve been using Rose’s for several years. I’ve always found them accurate in the description-although ring sizes would be nice. The shipping is fast and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

It’s been weeks and weeks. I e paid for my items but I have not received anything. I’ve followed up to ask and get no response. I’ve requested my money back, and still no response.

I purchased 3 items from this auction house. The first was listed in "good" condition. I received it and there were large chunks of enamel missing from the part os the money clip that shows and is decorated and the piece was heavily worn overall. This damage was obvious and could have easily been shown. Additionally, this damage would not put this piece anywhere near the "good" condition category. The second item was listed as "gold-filled"... a very specific term meaning the item "is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5 % of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base". This item was plated with a gold-colored substance that felt like a plasticized coating... like a cheap bubble gum machine jewelry finish. The final item was listed as silver... whether colored silver, a silver metal or sterling silver, this piece arrived and it was gold in color. DO NOT TRUST MARKINGS SHOWN IN LISTINGS OR CONDITION STATEMENTS. This auction house is selling cheap and reproduction jewelry.

Very, very nice purchases. I'm very happy with the jewelry. It's even prettier then the pictures. I was just a little surprised when I saw the amount for shipping. Overall was a great purchase.

Three rings were not delivered in my package, payment taken and delivery of 4 other lots won took 2 months and no communication received at all from them after many attempts to ask what is going on or update me please. Then when it finally arrives 2 1/2 months later, 3 rings are missing. Had to request LIVE support to investigate and they still did not communicate with them either until it was escalated. Now they are saying they had to withdraw that lot however they took my money and still have not refunded it. Total SCAM. Unprofessional and will never buy from them again.

As the headline says, I haven't recieved my items nor heard back from them about my items. I won them on April 11th, but it is now May 11th, exactly one month from the time of purchase. I have contacted them a few times but have not recieved an email or message regarding shipping details nor tracking information. I purchased from this house previously and had trouble with them so I left them a 1 star review, which they wanted me to change after fixing their mistakes. I decided to give them another chance but I see that was a mistake. Stay away from this house. I have contacted liveauctioneers 'customer support to contact them so we'll see how it goes. All I want are MY items or MY money back.

I love both items, the bracelet compliments what I already wear. The bottle is wonderful the carving of the Koi/Goldfish is very clean. Both are a pleasure to own.

Very, very small pieces snd coral pieces were very nice costume jewelry but nonetheless, costume pieces. There was one item i truly liked, a collection of amber but... one out of so many. If you are a very tiny person With a delicate sense of jewelry you would like more of the pieces but fashion jewelry.

I purchased three items through their auction house Feb 23, 2020. I paid for the three items Feb 27. My second attempt to contact them was March 4 to receive tracking information, then said they would send it that same day, never received it. They also said one of my won lots was "missing" so they'd send a check with my package. Two attempts to contact them later and I finally receive my package March 14, no check for missing lot. I am currently trying to get in contact with them to receive either my missing item or my missing check. Do NOT buy from this auction house unless you want to throw your money away.
