Paid for both items but was informed almost 1 month later that one of the items is not available, asking if I want a refund or a similar item. While the other item (bearing the mark of "Made in year of Qian Long" is clearly a contemporary piece.

The captor arrived safely with a return cause of my absence. All in all I am very happy and say thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Everything was expertly handled and delivered.

Overall, the quality of the items are very disappointing. Second, one of items I received is different from what I bid for, worse yet, incomplete, missing part; Third, do not expect refund, at least not full amount (do not mention extra costs involved such as packaging costs, shipping costs, custom taxes...) as they do not realise they should be responsible for sending something different from what the customer ordered; Last but not least, the best way to protect the interest of our own as purchaser, is not to purchase
