I won a chair in auction from Jack and dealt with him directly. Payment went well through LA and Jack was communicative and responsive. I can't comment on shipping as I picked the item up from his auction on Camano Island. All went well in my experience. I would do business with Jack Gunter Art & Design again.

I paid one month ago and never sent to me my purchase, they are thieves

After 25 days from my payment, I continuous waiting for shipping cost,-what is the problem?? This situation seems very strange, it could be a fraud if in a few days I do not get answer I will denounce a visa to cancel the purchase scam

The item description did not accurately describe the item and was meant to mislead buyers. The description indicated: Fine machine condition. First, the mandrel where the record slides on was dented and they covered this with a record in the picture. It was not disclosed in the description. Second, the reproducer is not a correct reproducer. Gems model D comes with a K reproduced so it can play both 2 & 4 min. These are the two main issues about this item. I am asking for a partial refund because the issues mentioned above greatly diminish the value of the machine I purchased.

I paid for my items and have not received them. I tried calling the phone numbers given by the auction house for the ups store only to find out they were phony numbers. I have tried calling the auction house and all I get is a recorded message.
