My order still has not shipped even though I’ve had multiple conversations with the owner. It’s going on 3 weeks since I paid.

apparently the auction house did not value me as a customer for only a $5 bid. i mentioned this to her because i felt that they could be honest. they never sent an invoice. then i called she was very nice on the phone said she’d send an invoice right then. she did not send it. i called her again early the next week. she said she must’ve forgotten. i asked if i could just pay now? she said okay then she figured it would be about $20 to ship priority flat rate which was her idea in this case but i thought the item would not fit a flat rate box but she assured me it would so i paid with her $5 for item $1 for buyer’s premium and $20 for priority shipping. i have not yet received the item. so i called earlier today she said that she had yet to ship it but it was waiting in her car to do today. i expect that she did not yet ship it and that when it arrives if it arrives it won’t be insured or shipped priority. still waiting. but i am really not going to be happy if she shipped first class for $5-7 and pocketed the rest of my shipping money. and if this comes about i would contact my credit card company and dispute some of the shipping costs. but she was nice on the phone, however she kept calling me the clock girl, she seems very shady and crazy.

Karen Olson is very professional. She has years of experience and will go to alot of trouble to help.

I Pay for item I won (6 mugs)-they propose to me to me to pay 500usd freight-I said Would Like usps courrier, they never answer and eep my money of course. Very bad experience

Once my payment cleared, I didn't receive anything from anyone for a week or more so I called your office and they didn't even have the package yet so that they could ship it. I still don't have the necklace and another week has gone by!!! The other items that I purchased from another auction house got my paypal payment and sent next day. I had it in 3 days. What is the problem?

The shipping company that company worked with was very nice and helped accommodate our shipment. But in comparison to other similar orders from other auction houses we've purchased items from before the price was more than double for the bare minimum after working with them on the price. Our initial quote was 6 times what we have paid for similar packages in a similar area. This makes us seriously consider if it is worth the effort to purchase items through this auction house if the shipping costs are that high.

I asked for cheaper shipping and got no help

The description of the item I won was very far from what I received. Also, the firm that handles the posting is double any other in the country for the weight and size of what was actually shipped. Very dissatisfied.

Smooth pick up and delivery to UPS for shipping. Worked great.
