Pickup of painting and as done in a parking lot
The named address did not have there name anywhere. Pickup was done in a parking lot. Very unprofessional

Thank you for your feedback. We had arranged the pickup time for 2:00 PM, but it seems you arrived closer to 1:00 PM while I was out for lunch. Our location is inside a commercial building with many offices, so parking lot exchanges are sometimes used when early arrivals occur. Sorry for the confusion — your items were handed over safely, and we appreciate your understanding.

Not a Scam-Coauction is legit and very responsive
I thought the CoAuction company might be a scam because most of their items are "passed" instead of being sold. I had already bid before investigating them and started to get concerned. However, Natalie of CoAuction was very responsive to my emails and helpful after the auction closed. She also handles shipping via USPS if you don't want to use the UPS Store or another shipper. Give CoAuction a try. Maybe many of their items pass because they don't start at a very low price, but the pieces I bought were very nice and worth the money.
