The bottom side of the ukulele DID NOT HAVE A PHOTO.... why?? Because there were 2 large cracks in the Koa wood on the bottom. No way to deal with serious imperfection for a professional approach to auction selling. I am a repeat buyer with you and now I will INSURE a lot has photos of both sides for items. Aloha, Dan P

Both Clars and the shipper they recommended, Handle With Care Packaging Store, exceeded expecatations by a wide margin. The shipper responded immediately to my request with a quote well in line with my expectations, and the they and Clars combined efforts to have the painting at my door one week after the auction.

I sold the pedestals that it had. The Beast broke off and we re glued back together. No mention of it in their lifting night. Finally I called up to say Hey, what can we do to make this right Albert? He said was, oh so sorry if she should have called us and asked us to check for ya to see if it had any cracks or chips, we didn't see that it would have been broke off and reglued. Both pieces are wonderful additions to my collection and Clar's and their recommended shipper were both responsive and professional.

All went well as expected.

Clars has always been great but they lost one of my pieces two weeks ago and they have yet to let me know about it or refund me. I knew about this through my shipper and assumed Clars would reach out. Keep in mind that I had had well over 100 buying experiences with them that went perfectly well and I will use them again. I just think when you lose or think you have lost someones property you should notify them right away.

Silver jewelry not worth what I paid. Although it's pretty. The bracelet was way too small for my woman. Didn't fit at all. I waited for a very long time to get the items. I'll be much more careful on the next time of what I order. Claire's needs to be more responsive and respectful next time. I was just trying to get them shipped.

Received a great print that was exactly as described. Clars provided excellent shipping references. I selected from quotes provided by 4. I recommend buyers compare. All in all, great experience: easy auction, great item, good communication and smooth transaction.

Professional; fast; great packing and shipping

Clars seems like a nice upscale jeweler. Sadly the are the type that gives the jewelry industry a bad name. Manipulating images, deliberately omitting characteristics that would better inform a buyer in the interest of higher sales. They only have there interests and profit in mind. If you're okay with that type of seller, bid on. In my opinion there are better sellers on this platform who will respect you as a buyer and value a return client over an easy buck.

Would not hesitate to participate in another of their auctions.

Clars is great at attracting a wide assortment of consignments... something for everybody, and they manage very well at expediting everything.

I've purchased several items from Clars. They have such an eclectic mix of things and a lot of bargains. I gave them a demerit because I had emailed them about pick up and they never got back to me. But usually they are very responsive. I think the reason they didn't get back to me is because they are open during normal business hours for pick up. Which is great because other auction houses I've dealt with, you have to make an appointment.
