Wish they provided in house shipping
Used their recommended shipper and it took almost a month to get the 2 small items shipped. Prefer auction houses with in house shippers now.

Lovely items, but lack of communication from auction house during payment process.
The items I received are lovely. However, the auction house needs to communicate better. I ran into a snag with their online payment system and couldn't get anybody to respond to me at all. I finally figured it out on my own after a couple of days trying, which was extremely frustrating. That said, the shipping process went very smoothly, thanks to the UPS store and I received my items well packed, and in a timely manner.

Item desciption and response to inquiry about condition of item were inappropriate
I contacted Clars and asked if the item has any damage. They responded that the bouquet on the horse’s head is missing and some loss to flower petals is noted. You cannot tell from the single photo of the item if it is missing other things. When received there was total loss of 4 major flower bouquets, 3 on the left and one in the back. I proposed return at their cost and full refund of $390 + $120 shipping or $300 refund 3 days ago but received no answer so far.

Their Customer Service Sucks
The items were ok. They payment process was okay. My review is based soley on service I received when I went to pick up my items in person. When I arrived to pick up my items, and I went to the front desk, even though there were three people working there and saw me standing, they just ignored me and went about their work/conversations for about a full two minutes. If that doesn't sound like a long time, next time at a store, stand for two minutes in front of people who see you and don't do anything. The guy I was standing closest, who was talking with someone, eventually finished his conversation and just walked away. They finally helped me, went to look for my items, when they found them, placed them in front of me with the invoice. They just plopped them down in front of me with no instructions. I could have just walked away. Instead, I looked through the invoice and figured out that I needed to sign one copy and the other copy was mine. So I signed, packed my items in a plastic bag that gave to me but did not help me pack with, and I left. The people working there seemed miserable working there.

My item is wonderful. The customer service was very good
Although Clars provides some pressure to select a independent shipper and release your item swiftly. It seems better to go slow and find the best price among 5-8 good choices in the Oakland area. I selected PAK Mail San Rafael, and they did a superb job packing and shipping my ceramic artwork. 4.5 stars is my rating.
