Won the auction on 11/9/2015. Tried to contact WorldCrest throughLiveAuctioneers.com message center to no avail. Also tried the gmail address provided to no avail. Finally got them on the telephone and was told to provide a bank cashiers check. Internal warning bells went off but I did as instructed. I got the bank cashiers check and mailed out on 11/13/2015. I mailed to the snail mail address provided. I also had a copy of the FFL I wanted them to send to included as instructed. On Tuesday, 11/17/2015, I called WorldCrest. I talked to Travis. I told him I mailed out the bank cashiers check and wanted to know if they received it. He said they hadn't received it yet. (I later learned the check was not only received but deposited on 11/17/2015. I called again later several times. A lot of the time, the phone was busy or I got an answering machine. I left my name and number and never received a return call. On Wednesday, 11/25/2015, the day before Thanksgiving, I called WorldCrest and spoke to Travis. He told me that they had not yet received the item and to "check back with them" after Thanksgiving. I called numerous times the first week of December and finally got hold of the female that answered the phone. I asked her the status of the sale and reminded her that they cashed my bank cashiers check back on November 17, 2015. She said that there was no one in the shipping department at the time to check on the status. I hung up with her, frustrated. I called several times the second, third, and fourth week of December to get either a busy number, answering machine (which I hung up on since they never returned my previous calls), and finally Travis on December 21, 2015. I told him that it was 6 weeks after my bank cashiers check was cashed and either send my firearm I purchased or refund my money. He said based upon the delay, a refund was probably in order and Travis promised he would talk to the owner about a refund. I called back on December 23 and reac

Still have not received my gun since I won it on 10/27/15 auction. Took a week to a week & half to get a invoice. Sent cashier check & they received the check 11/09/15. Said the shipper would call. No call talk to a number of people there when they will answer the phone. Now they say they are waiting on the atf to approve their shipping & they were suppose to call today. No call. They are a joke. Ps they also said it was all your fault because of the invoice problem. Any? 's call **********

Very lousy service. They were quick to send me a bill/invoice but when it came to shipping I've still yet to receive any information regarding delivery of my purchase. Their auction was November 9th and today is Decemeber 9th. I still haven't receaved my purchase and when I try to contact them they tell me they'll call me and I never receive a call. A very poorly run business that I don't suggest anybody should do business with.

I received my invoice from Worldcrest on Oct. 23. I had a money order in the mail the very next day. About two weeks later after hearing nothing from them I called to confirm reception of payment. The rep said, "We just got it yesterday, we'll be doing soon." This was hard for me to believe as we're neighboring states but who am I to judge? It's now 5 weeks after I mailed my payment from LA to TX (not far at all) and aside from them emailing my invoice the day after the auction I have had zero communication with them and have received nothing. Horrible experience! I'm out my money and 5 weeks later have nothing to show for it. You are welcome to share this with the auction house.

For over a month I can not get my item, that I won and paid for. All emails contact and all phone conversation ended in false promises. World Crest is a terrible and scam auction house.

The auction was on the 3rd of November and I have not received my goods yet. Getting no update from them in regards to what is going on is non exsistent. Going to give them one more call then I am going to call the attoney generals office in their state.

Good evening, I made my purchase over a month ago now and I have not received a call from shipping-despite my multiple attempts-the money order has been cashed and after a month and 5 calls-I still have no info on my 3 guns and knife-Very dissapointed with the entire process. Thank you,

I have called World Crest auction House and get no Emails or a return call from It's like they don't EXIST. I want to pay them for the 2 guns I won and they won, t let me. I have never been arrested in my life. I am 76 yrs. young. Please help me. I have won other jewelry and things and had no trouble at all. Only trouble is World Crest. Please HELP

I have Not heard from the shipper. I have Not received any of the items I won. I have asked and emailed and I get a response they will look into it and then never hear from them again. I'm out 525. I will not do this again!

I didn't like the fact that Pay Pal nor credit cards were accepted. I wasn't prepared to have to send cash from my checking account. The process from my checking account to heir checking account, by ACH, took14 days, and several calls from world crest auctions, which i really didn't like

It has been 23 days and I still have not recieved my purchase. I paid within 5 days and did follow up twice with phone calls. Still no product and still have not been contacted by shipping. I am ready to get my money back and forget it.

there is no way to get an answer for anything. Nobody knows how the shipping works or can tell you what it is going to be, 50 cents or 50 dollars. I will never use your site again.

It has been over 30 days and still have not received the items. I have called several times only to be told (the one time I was able to reach someone) that the payment was received in one system but not the other one (whatever that means) and some one would call me back (never received a call back yet). Try calling and either no one answers or you get a message saying the system is full and you can not leave a message. I have also sent emails and never got a response back. This is a TOTAL nightmare to deal with this company and I will NEVER do again.

I won the item July 19th. Had payment in by August 1st. September 3rd today and I have heard nothing from the shippers. When I call the auction house they only say that they promise it is "in the works" can't give me a time frame or tell me why I don't have my item.

I think the auction process is fraudulent. Sometimes no one bid on a certain item and as soon as you bid someone else will bid it up along with you. Also They'll ask you to pay a certain high amount to get the item while you are bidding. I won 3 item in one of their auctions and they said I only won 2 but I clearly received confirmation that I won the 3rd item from Liveauctioneer.

I've emailed and called twice to set up shipping. The email was never answered and both times I called they said it would be taken care of. I paid for my items almost a month ago. I'm to the Piont I think I would like to cancel the sale and you can return my money. If anyone actually reads these please call **********.

At this point, I have paid for three different auctions with multiple items in each option. They are: June 25 July 10 and July 17. I have yet to receive anything from any of these options. You ask if I am satisfied with them …. What would you think! At this point I would just like to receive what I paid for. Mind you, I old on other items from other auctions with them, and will remit balance due in full once we are square with the other options that I have yet to receive anything from.

Prices jump during the bidding. I am unsure if it is LiveActioneers inability to keep the pace of the action or if the auctioneer is not abiding with the bidding increment, as there is no audio provided through this website; they use other sites at the same time that provide audio.

They don't have the product they are selling and are very fast to call and make sure you pay them and then you'll never hear from them again, even when you try to contact them.

They wait to order what I purchase after I pay them. If I wanted to do this, I'd work with a retailer. When I buy something from an auction house, I expect them to have the item on hand. If they don't have it on-hand, it should be disclosed. They wouldn't return my messages and when I finally reached somebody they would say it could be up to a week before I received a response. I called three weeks in a row and talked to three supposedly new employees. They seem to go through them like water. One tole me she was very sorry and she's getting a lot of these complaints from people and all she can do is pass them along. Three of the items I purchased had photos that didn't match the description. I ended up buying three air soft or BB guns when I thought I was buying real guns. When they refunded me on two of the items, I was told I wouldn't ONLY receive a credit on the hammer price and I wouldn't be getting back any of their fees. That seems wrong as well. Also, instead of getting my actual money back I was forced to take a credit... That also seems wrong. Thanks Chris
