George is an honest person and good communication if I have any questions. I buy Indian Artifacts and often a picture isn't as good as a thousand words as it can't describe patina or natural lines in stone verses a break and glued. He has always responded promptly and honestly when I ask him a question.

I trust this auction house very much, no problems ever!

I took a long time to get the bill

I asked the auctioneer about a few items to determine if the items for sale were authentic and I got snubbed. In so many words I have purchased items described as ancient and they were misrepresented. He said (auctioneer) If you get an item that should be worth a lot more than you ended up winning the auction for.... It's probably not authentic. I'm sorry but that's not good enough. Buyers deserve the right to know what they are buying is what it's described as. No one wants to buy modern reproductions and pay authentic prices.

Inaccurate items descriptions. Making items look/appear older than they truly are.

DON'T list artifake as an artifact.

Their system for sending invoices would not accept my address which I have lived at for 1.5 yrs. Which lead to issues on paying for my item and getting my item shipped. I will say that the auction company did work with me on the issue. However their frustration in trying to work out the issue reflected in the tone of their voice. As if I was the cause of the problem. Also my jade snake pendant is not authentic and is a modern day replica with modern day tool marks still present on the outer surface. The auction company was misleading in the title of their auction and not stating the obvious fake was a fake. They posted a single blurry picture that did not show the piece well. But that is the risk one takes with auctions. I will never be purchasing from this auction company again as they are selling fakes.

About 1/3rd of the items in the lots I purchased were either modern reproductions or ancient points with modern rechipping. Not likely that I will buy from seller again.

Very reasonable shipping fee, no hidden surprises, will attend future auction of theirs.

Never received email with invoice for the last two auctions. I had to call the sellers direct. Tried to get it fixed with liveauctioneers live help but they said they could find nothing wrong.
