Great customer service!
This was the first time I bought anything internationally. They helped me with the process and made it easy. The 3rd party shipping company, Mail Boxes Etc. Team-Billy Express, packed and shipped my sconce. It arrived in perfect condition, and it was fragile and odd shaped and hard to ship. I was so relieved! For some reason the payment method did not work with my Visa and it kept declining payment. Aurora and Emanuela were incredible, they were so patient and helpful. I spoke to them on the phone many times and they were lovely. I really enjoyed working with them. I hope to buy again in the future!

perfect item,
the sculpture was in perfect condition, packed in a wood box, but customs broke it i guess, the pick was found at the bottom of the box.

Bid Knowing Shipping is Expensive
It took quite a while to get shipping settled and the cost of shipping was more than the cost of the Lot I purchased. The people at the auction house were Nice, but communication was difficult and there seemed to be only one option for shipping. That company did not pack well and was very expensive.

Dear , we're quite astonished for such a bad comment. We first thank you for bidding with us and for promptly pay for the lots you purchased. On January the 14th 2020 we communicated you the shipping quote from Palermo to Vienna, and after another solicit for your reply (on January the 22nd), the same day you replied to us that you had "arranged pick-up by a business partner in Palermo" (your email is dated January the 22nd 2020, at 12.25). So we've been waiting some weeks, but no one came here collecting your lots. Then our office solicited you for this collection; our office tried to contact you, in order to receive an update about it, but you never replied to us. So, at this point, we really cannot accept your complaint, because actually you paid for your lots but then left them here, for more than a year, and exceptionally we've never even charged you any storage cost. So we ask you to, please, contact us in order to solve the matter and arrange a collection of all your items still at us. Thank you. Regards.

The description is missleading. I wrote an e-mail, in wich i asked if this item is silver or not and i did not get an answer. Because of this i do not need this item.
