The items received make me disappointed. Many sales look very suspicious as fake sailing or bidding. The communication afterwards are kind of ok.

The description is misleading consumer, for example the painting scroll is printed, but the description said the water color on paper. Instate of said is printing item.

Give information that item is shipped. Paid for item a long time ago. Not sure where it is at this time as I still do not have it.

Quicker response with invoices. Communication from their shipping house. I should not have to contact. $60 cameo that I paid for still shows unpaid and I have proof. I emailed 3 times but have not heard back. They will not show until it is paid. I should not have to pay a long distant call for this. Lice Auctioneers should have the same payment options as they all belong to the same website. Ie. IRS I have to do wire transfer ($70 extra) or money order (extra money as well). Or cheque (would have to be certified costing more again). This extends shipping time and therefore I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Sandra
