I reported to St. Clair that I held the high bid on on an Aaron Burr lot for about 20 seconds. The call kept coming for any last bids. Again, I held that high bid that entire time. Then a bid topped mine and the lot closed that exact instant. There was not even a half second for me to respond with another bid, which I would have done. So I lost the lot despite the fact I was prepared to bid more. I contacted St. Clair to tell them about this, and I received no response. That was frustrating.

Fabulous service, super prompt, courteous. It put my experiences with Morphy's to shame!
