the german painting never made it to my house and the bonnard is in terrible shape

Good afternoon, in the begining they do everything well... But after 2 or 3 purchases they send me 2 of 3 paintings, on the next purchase they send me 1 of 2 paintings, and inthe new year day I ´ ve bought more 2 paintings and they never talk to me, they did not answer my mails and they did not send me the paintings. I claim that on paypal on last week. I have all documents to proof what I said before. in total the own me $5.000, 00Dolars. And 3 of the paintings i ´ ve bought and they send to me, are false, because I ask to the respsctive Comit é and the Comit é did not issue certificate. They said is false. In the last weeks I ´ ve been try to speak with them, but they did not answer me. Thats wy I claim to the paypal... and today you send me a message who say they don ´ t let me bid in their auction (today). If you need i can send to you all documents to prove they deceived me. My feeling is that the auction is fraudulous. They provided me with completely wrong dimensions of the print, which they corrected afterv the auction after I told them that the print with the Original dimensions must have been fake. I asked them four times for a photograph of the print next to a person to see the dimensions. They always promised, but never sent the photo. Also on the shipping estmate that I requested they answered that the shipping from Brasil to Belgium of a print of almost 40 X 40 inch would be free for me???????????????????

I have not received my items as of today and I am waiting a response from the Walnut House auction. They say they are checking into it. This is another negative experience with live auctioneers and why I am buying far less on your site these days. Respectfully Ron
