I know they are busy after auctions, which is why I gave them a little time (a day or two) for billing/shipping questions, which they never did reply to. Just an automated invoice that did not meet the questions raised in messaging, so a minor ding for lack of communication. Items were well packed and shipped 1 week after payment was made (almost immediately upon receipt of the invoice) in full, notified by automated generic email.

Items should be accurately described or should have a full set of photos to show any and all damages. When a damaged section is not shown in the photo, and condition says "good" except for... but doesn't list the additional damage not shown in the photo, that seems to be a case of not full disclosure. While you were willing to provide a full refund with return of the item, you were not willing to make any adjustment at all for the damage that was not disclosed.
