There is a tiny, REALLY tiny flaw in the watch, which was disclosed with photos that if anything, made it look much worse than it really is. The watch is running perfectly, and the flaw doesn't really effect how nice the watch is. 5 stars for this auctioneer!

one of the easiest transactions I've had w/any auction house

I havent received my items yet, but in general have found the auction house easy to deal with. I made a mistake in my shipping address and my package was returned to them after a month of being in the post. Once we figured out the mistake, they were quick to help me fix it and offered to re-ship the items as long as I paid for the shipping, which feels fair. I'm really looking forward to getting the items and I think they look really beautiful and unique based on the pictures online.

Modern Jewelry worked with me to resolve my concerns. I am grateful for their responsiveness and consideration. The shipping issues are not their fault. LiveAuctioneers forces the auction house to work with a specific shipper and this is delaying getting orders out the door.
