I was well pleased with my purchase and how quickly this item was shipped. Bruneau is an excellent auction house to buy antique guns from. Very knowledgeable and high quality consignments.

Item exactly as described, enough pictures for a full evaluation. Problems were pointed out in the description. Payment was easy and pick up was perfect. Another great transaction with Bruneau & Co. Auctioneers!

Accurate Description, quick and reasonable shipping

Received the lot but the piece was broken. I sent them pictures and the front desk said they would start a claim. Over a month later, no news of a claim. I got a message from the owner that they have staff issues so they did not file the claim. Had to resend him all the pictures plus additional ones, to which he claimed, the "video" was blurry. There was no video, I sent pictures. Now, he won't file the claim. I'm going to report him to liveauctioneers. I'm willing to return the broken piece to him, but he didn't give me that option either. Very poor responsiveness and not credible.

5 Star Company!

This auction house needs to show that others how its done. The shipping is top notch without charges that eat away at profits. They have a great team that knows how to assess the quality of the goods. I never worry about damage when I win their auctions. You want five star treatment, go with these guys!

Nice item, very pleased.

We recently won a large 3-foot tall 1880s ceramic vase and despite the heaviness and bulky size, the shipping team at Bruneau expertly packed this huge vase with the utmost care and consideration. Needless to say this big vase arrived safely and expediently. Big kudos and high recommendations to this most professional auction house.

FANTASTIC experience...:)

I am very happy with every aspect of being involved in Bruneau & Co auctions. One criticism: To the people wrapping the items for packaging-you only need a small piece of tape to secure bubble wrap. I am disabled & it was extremely difficult for me to unwrap my items. When the tape is wound around the item, multiple times, it takes a lot of cutting to get it off. Also, the bubble wrap cannot be recycled. I pay for the bubble wrap & hate sending it to the county refuse center. Thank you!
