Shipping cost is way to high. My dollar bills could have been sent First Class mail since they weigh less than a pound and the cost would have been much less. This was my first time using the service, so it is possible that I missed something. You see, "going once," going twice, "Fair warning" and then sometimes there is a long time after fair warning (maybe some other bids come in) and then lot closes suddenly. You don't have any idea how much time after fair warning there is to make another bid. It seems that the way to win is to make it at the last second, and hope your bid is the highest, but you have no clue when that is. Other times after "fair warning" it closes almost right away. It's frustrating. It would be helpful to have a set time after fair warning and a clock that counts the time down instead of shooting in the dark.

Individual auction sites take too long to approve for bidding and pics and info on items lacking many times. Also some auction house's shipping policies are very inconvenient.

They get the buyers premium plus charge handling fees to ship. i don’t think it’s fair to the purchaser for them to double dip. 15 % or 18 % plus 5 dollars handling is a little much. Also ALL RINGS SHOULD STATE THE SIZE IT IS
